Orders
You will be guided through the online order process by a series of simple instructions on the website. Once you have completed this part of the process, you will receive an email detailing the value of the order and an order reference number. This is not an order confirmation.
Prices
All prices shown on the Squeak Gift and Party Website are in UK pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Delivery details as follows:
Standard Delivery
£3.50 for all orders, unless stated otherwise (subject to change without notice) UK mainland only. Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail's standard parcel service in the UK. Please allow up to 5 working days for all items.
Addresses not on the UK mainland, such as Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland, may incur a surcharge. Please email, with details of what you would like to order and we will provide you with a quote.
Special Delivery
Please contact us before 12 noon to ensure the item is in stock if you would like next day delivery.
Costings shown below are in addition to the standard charges above for this service.
In the UK:
£7.50 for next day deliveries. A signature will be required for this delivery method. (Monday to Friday only). All orders are subject to the following: availability of products, the order reflecting our current pricing, the delivery address is within our delivery area, and the credit or debit card provided is authorized for the transaction. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Legally binding contract
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order, (once accepted by us), for any reason up to the point of despatch except in the case of personalised items which cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Cancellations need to be made in writing either by letter or email.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy with, as long as goods are complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge except where we agree otherwise or in cases where the goods are at fault we will refund the postage however If you choose to send an item by recorded or special delivery, we will refund the standard parcel rate of the postage only. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
